Dandak’s Curry Casserole

A secret family recipe – secretly shared! – from our good friend Dandak.

Ingredients

9 oz Large Elbow noodles (or any noodle you want; cooked, drained)

1 lb Ground beef (cooked, crumbled, drained)

1 can Cream of Mushroom soup

1 can Tomato soup

1 tsp Italian Seasoning

1 tsp Salt

2 ½ tsp Curry Powder

1 lb Mild cheddar cheese (grated)

1 cup or so of bread crumbs

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. 

Add soups and seasonings to cooked and crumbled ground beef. Stir in ¾ of the cheese until melted and smooth. 

Mix in cooked noodles and pour into a greased 9×9 pan. 

Top with the remaining cheese. Sprinkle bread crumbs on top to give it a little crunch. 

Bake for 40-60 mins until desired toastiness is achieved.
